Cara memasak
- Panaskan lebihan minyak kemudian masukkan bertanda *.tumis sehingga wangi
- kemudian masukkan ke semua bahan kecuali ikan.tggu sehingga mendidih.
- dah mendidih masukkan ikan.pastikan rasa semua ada masam n manis.
- siap utk dihidang n mkn dgn nasi panas2..
