Valuation Advisor - POV Central Region (Klang Valley)

Responsibilities

  • To achieve monthly set trade-in volume and / or ratio target for each sales outlet being assigned respectively
  • To support all appraisal requests from Sales Advisors and to perform physical inspection of each customer’s car with thoroughness, accuracy and professionalism
  • To instill self-discipline on punctuality for all appointments made with customers by communicating effectively with Sales Advisors and other staff at the sales outlets
  • To re-inspect traded-in car upon receipt from customer and to compile all necessary documents including original release letter for submission back to POV administration office
  • To gather and share latest market price movements and used car trading conditions during weekly meeting so as to update pricing guide accordingly

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • A well-qualified candidate with at least 2 years experience in used vehicle evaluation or related field such as in vehicle body and repair work sector
  • Working experience in conducting vehicle inspection or assessment environment is an added advantage
  • Excellent customer centric mindset with demonstrated service skills
  • Must have good communication skills & pleasant personality
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work to cover from Johor to Melaka branches

Responsibilities

  • To install, testing and troubleshooting network and desktop requirement
  • To assist supervisor and Head of Operation in maintaining all network and IT Equipments
  • To prepare, organize and maintain records and files

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in troubleshooting in network and desktop is required for this position.
  • Have hands on in installing, testing and troubleshooting network and desktop
  • Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc)
  • Willing to work during weekend and night
